Thank you for shopping at Lemon & Grass, a one woman operation located in the Netherlands.

I want you to have the most pleasant shopping experience, so please read below for answers to any questions you may have. Feel free to contact me directly if the answer to your question is not below, if you want a custom order or want to get something else off your chest :) .

Payment
Payment is due before an order will ship. As soon as the payment is received, your order will be prepared.

Shipping
Your order will be packed safely and brought to the post office within a couple of days. Shipping time depends on the destination country. Your order will ship from the Netherlands.

Refunds and Exchanges

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ORDERS:
Please provide me with a quick photo of the damage or incorrect item you received within at least 10 calendar days of item arrival. In most cases, I will send you a new item right away.

DISLIKED ITEM:
I am a perfectionist and don't sell products that I woud not like to buy myself.
Furthermore, I do my best to provide you with high quality photographs and as detailed possible information about the available item on the product's page. If you have any hesitations about the product, please ask me up front.
Please notice that real-life colours may differ from the colours on your screen. I am very sorry if you dislike the purchased item. Unfortunately, a refund is not possible. However, I am confident that this will not be the case :) .

LOST ORDERS:
I can provide you with a tracking number for your order. However this will result in higher shipping costs. Please contact me for additional information. (Inter-)national orders will only be refunded when a tracking number has been purchased for the order and the item got lost.

Sorry, refunds will not be given on missing orders that had no tracking code purchased.

Orders that are returned to my address due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will either be resent at additional shipping cost to the customer, or fully refunded minus shipping cost, your choice. Any mistakes in shipping due to my fault, I will take full responsibility in solving the situation.
